Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and feeding, always maintaining their dignity and privacy.
- Support the lead care staff in implementing individual care plans and ensuring all resident needs are met promptly and with compassion.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Engage residents in social activities, conversations, and outings to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring dietary requirements are met and providing a pleasant dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other team members, reporting any changes in condition or concerns.
- Monitor resident well-being and accurately document observations, escalating any issues to senior staff.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere within the care setting.
