Key Responsibilities

- Develop compelling and customized sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to the unique interests of prospective partners.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with potential and existing sponsors through various communication channels, including email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual benefit, clear deliverables, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle, from initial outreach and engagement to contract finalization, activation, and comprehensive post-event reporting and stewardship.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, and program teams to ensure all sponsor deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sponsor communications, agreements, and financial transactions using CRM software.
- Track and report on sponsorship performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and future strategy development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sponsorship acquisition and partnership development.

Required Skills
