Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations with confidence.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests and inquiries politely and professionally.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation, including cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
