Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and mentorship of youth care workers.
- Support the daily routines and activities of young people in our care.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and personal development of all residents.
- Help implement individual care plans and behavioural support strategies.
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating appropriate behaviour and communication.
- Participate in programme planning and recreational activity coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports concerning resident progress and incidents.
- Facilitate positive communication between young people, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Uphold all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- First Aid certification.
- Valid UK Driving License.
