Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify and qualify potential B2B leads within targeted industries and segments.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects.
  • Skillfully qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria and other relevant sales frameworks.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Senior Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Continuously learn about Vodacom's products, services, and the competitive landscape to effectively articulate value.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong self-motivation, discipline, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a sales career.

Preferred Qualifications
