Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team of care assistants, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
- Assist with the development and implementation of personalised care plans for residents.
- Monitor and ensure high standards of care delivery, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
- Provide direct personal care and support to residents as required, maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Oversee medication management and administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance (after comprehensive training).
- Act as a first point of contact for routine resident and family queries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist in staff scheduling, record-keeping, and general administrative duties related to care services.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development programs.
