Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily care activities, ensuring smooth operation and continuity of support.
- Provide direct, person-centred care to service users, adhering to individual care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in service user condition, escalating concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation.
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all service users.
- Support new care staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance care skills and knowledge.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
