Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily care activities, ensuring smooth operation and continuity of support.
  • Provide direct, person-centred care to service users, adhering to individual care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in service user condition, escalating concerns to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all service users.
  • Support new care staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance care skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
