Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the supervision and coordination of daily hospitality and care activities.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort in common areas and resident environments.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support the planning and execution of resident social and recreational activities.
  • Contribute to team scheduling and task allocation under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and care regulations and company policies.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior care staff and volunteers.
  • Document and report any concerns or incidents promptly and accurately.
