Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, whilst maintaining their dignity and privacy.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and hoisting, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Administer medication as per care plans, following strict protocols and documentation procedures (after appropriate training).
- Assist with light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Engage service users in social activities, conversations, and hobbies to promote mental stimulation and combat loneliness.
- Accurately record and report on care provided, changes in health, and any concerns to senior staff.
- Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies, safeguarding procedures, and care standards.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English language proficiency (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications
