Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate bug tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure testability.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings virtually.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and product managers on software quality.
- Stay updated with new testing tools, strategies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote team.
