Key Responsibilities
- Execute pre-defined test cases and scenarios across various software applications, including web, mobile, and internal systems.
- Document and report bugs, defects, and discrepancies with clear and concise descriptions, steps to reproduce, and relevant screenshots/logs.
- Perform basic regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure existing functionalities remain stable.
- Collaborate with QA engineers and development teams to understand requirements and test plans.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing test documentation, including test cases and test data.
- Provide constructive feedback on software usability and user experience to improve overall product quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Support the QA team in ad-hoc testing tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA) principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly and adapt to changing technological landscapes.
