Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on Staff Coordination to join our vibrant team in New Cairo. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of our human resources functions, specifically by optimizing staff deployment, enhancing employee engagement, and streamlining HR processes related to workforce planning and coordination. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, talent development, and succession planning, with a particular emphasis on ensuring our diverse workforce is effectively aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and productive work environment. You will act as a strategic partner to various department heads, providing expert HR guidance and solutions to support their operational needs and drive business success. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, with a focus on staff coordination and workforce planning.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Lead and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring effective goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and professional development plans.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Facilitate staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in staff coordination, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIPD).

- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
