Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Restaurant Manager with a strong background in hospitality management to lead our vibrant Imara Daima location. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns.
- Manage inventory, supply ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and operational expenses, to achieve profitability targets.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards, including food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Handle all administrative duties, including scheduling, payroll inputs, and reporting.
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L statements, and inventory.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
