Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across various platforms and databases.
- Perform regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Process and track incoming and outgoing stock movements, transfers, and returns.
- Generate comprehensive reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock aging.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve data inconsistencies.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in forecasting demand and optimizing stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management.
- Utilize inventory management software and other analytical tools effectively.
- Provide support for special projects related to inventory optimization and system upgrades.
