Career.zycto is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote CRM Data Assistant to support the University of York’s operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom university systems).
- Validate and verify existing CRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct errors, duplicates, and outdated information within the database.
- Assist with data migration projects from various sources into the CRM.
- Generate basic reports and lists from the CRM as requested by university departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, DPA).
- Collaborate with internal teams (virtually) to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Document data entry procedures and best practices to maintain consistency.
- Provide administrative support related to CRM data management as needed.
