As a Driver Experience Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by providing crucial support to our drivers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Driver Experience team, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Act as a first point of contact for driver inquiries via phone and email, directing complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain and update driver databases with current information.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for driver-related meetings or training sessions.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to driver performance and satisfaction metrics.
- Support the resolution of minor operational issues encountered by drivers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant transportation regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
