Job Description

Concentrix in Cybercity, Ebene is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Teaching Assistant – Learning Support Specialist to join our dynamic Training and Development team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our new hires and existing employees by providing essential support during various training programs. You will work closely with trainers and learners, assisting with lesson delivery, material preparation, and individualized coaching across a range of subjects critical to our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist trainers in preparing training materials, presentations, and interactive activities.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to learners, reinforcing concepts and addressing individual queries.
  • Facilitate practical exercises, role-playing scenarios, and simulations during training sessions.
  • Monitor learner progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and completion rates for all training programs.
  • Manage and organize training room setup, equipment, and learning resources.
  • Administer assessments and evaluations, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Support the smooth onboarding process for new hires through structured learning assistance.
  • Collaborate with the training team to continuously enhance curriculum and delivery methods.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment for all participants.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others learn and succeed.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A diploma or degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a teaching, training, or learning support role.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or customer service industry.
