Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of e-learning content for various modules and platforms.
- Upload, manage, and organize course materials, assessments, and resources within our Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all course content, functionality, and user experience to ensure high standards.
- Provide essential administrative support to instructional designers, content creators, and project managers.
- Research and compile relevant information, images, and media assets for new course development projects.
- Help with learner support, responding to basic technical queries and troubleshooting common issues.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvement and content enhancement.
- Ensure all content adheres to accessibility standards and company branding guidelines.
