Job Description

This role demands a compassionate, vigilant, and highly organised leader to oversee our care home operations during the critical night hours. As the Night Lead Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents, while also providing exemplary leadership and support to our dedicated night care team. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our high standards of care, managing unexpected situations with calm professionalism, and fostering a peaceful, secure environment for everyone.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will implement and uphold all care plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines. This isn’t just a supervisory role; it’s an opportunity to be a beacon of stability and assurance for both residents and staff through the night. You will lead by example, demonstrating empathy, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your presence will provide reassurance, allowing residents to sleep soundly and staff to perform their duties effectively, knowing they have a skilled leader to turn to.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for staff deployment, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Your ability to delegate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and motivate your team will be crucial to success.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a leadership position, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and has a genuine passion for elderly care. The night shift demands a unique blend of vigilance, quiet efficiency, and the ability to make critical decisions independently. If you are a proactive leader who is committed to providing outstanding care and fostering a positive working environment, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our compassionate team.
