Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a small team of community support agents, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor team performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Assist in the onboarding and continuous training of new team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Implement and enforce community guidelines and internal policies to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of support processes, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on team productivity, common issues, and community sentiment.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
