Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in all stages of the design process, from concept to production.
- Conduct research on uniform trends, fabric innovations, and functional design elements relevant to various industries.
- Prepare design sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards using both manual and digital methods.
- Support in the selection and sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories, ensuring they meet quality and durability standards.
- Assist with pattern making, sample development, and fitting sessions.
- Organize and maintain the design studio's fabric library, archives, and material samples.
- Support administrative tasks related to the design department, including documentation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet client specifications.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, assisting with visual aids and notes.
- Conduct quality checks on samples and finished products to ensure adherence to design standards.
