As a Remote Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales efforts, handling a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks that enable our sales team to focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals. Your day-to-day will involve everything from managing sales pipelines and preparing presentations to coordinating meetings and ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining clear communication channels within the sales team and with other departments, acting as a central point of contact for inquiries and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with lead information, client interactions, and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, track progress against targets, and assist in forecasting sales trends.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Process sales orders, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Research potential leads and market trends to support sales strategy development.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation, resources, and training materials.
  • Support the onboarding of new sales team members by providing necessary resources and guidance.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative support, or similar role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
