Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product development teams (engineers, product managers, QA) to gather and understand product features and technical details.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.
- Develop and adhere to documentation plans, style guides, and terminology standards.
- Proactively identify documentation gaps and propose solutions to improve content quality and user experience.
- Review and edit content from other team members for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Manage documentation through its entire lifecycle, from planning and creation to review, publication, and maintenance.
- Utilize various documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Git, help authoring tools).
- Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings to stay updated on product changes and documentation needs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software or technology-focused environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English grammar and style.

- Proficiency with common documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
