Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Remote Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., content creators, SEO specialists, PPC managers) to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using web analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact, presenting strategies, reports, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable objectives for all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with client business goals.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing strategy role, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise across multiple digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with major analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console) and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent project management abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • A deep understanding of current digital advertising platforms and their optimisation techniques (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Meta Certified Professional).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for technical SEO troubleshooting.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading small project groups.
