Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque cashing.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring it balances daily.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Educate customers on various banking products, services, and digital solutions.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and bank operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the branch.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer experience.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all branch visitors.
