Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, copywriters, platform providers) to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

  • Help track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports on key metrics and insights.
  • Maintain event databases and contact lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in a marketing or administrative support role, preferably within event coordination or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
