This crucial role involves ensuring the security and safety of our premises, guests, and staff during the overnight hours. As a Night Watch Assistant, you will be the guardian of peace, conducting regular patrols, monitoring access points, and responding promptly to any unusual activities or guest needs. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and thorough patrols of the entire villa premises, including guest areas, gardens, and perimeter, during overnight shifts.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment to detect and report any suspicious activities or breaches.
- Ensure all access points (doors, gates, windows) are securely locked and maintained throughout the night.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any alarms, emergencies, or guest requests, including noise complaints or urgent needs.
- Maintain a clear and accurate log of all activities, incidents, and observations during your shift.
- Assist guests with minor inquiries or emergencies as needed, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
- Report any maintenance issues, potential hazards, or security concerns to the management immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all villa security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Provide a visible and reassuring presence for guests and staff during the night.
- Facilitate the secure storage and retrieval of guest keys or other property as required.
