Key Responsibilities

- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques as trained.

- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Perform light household duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering mental and emotional well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as required.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or circumstances to the care coordinator.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided and any incidents.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
