Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using CRM software.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer data privacy and security.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high quality of service.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and provide patient, understanding support.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per scheduling needs.

Preferred Qualifications
