Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers warmly and assist with check-in processes, including issuing boarding passes and verifying travel documents.
- Handle baggage inquiries, ensuring correct tagging and resolving any discrepancies or lost luggage reports.
- Provide up-to-date flight information, including boarding times, gate changes, delays, and cancellations.
- Assist passengers with rebooking and alternative travel arrangements during irregular operations.
- Address passenger complaints and concerns professionally, aiming for satisfactory resolutions while adhering to airline policies.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those requiring mobility assistance.
- Process ticket sales, upgrades, and changes accurately using reservation systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment at the service counter or gate.
- Collaborate effectively with ground staff, cabin crew, and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and security protocols and regulatory requirements.
