Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using a POS system and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and restocking.
- Handle incoming merchandise, unpack, and prepare items for display or storage.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting and tracking stock.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
