Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and engage with customers, assisting them in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including regular tidying and product arrangement.
- Assist with merchandising efforts, including stocking shelves, creating attractive displays, and replenishing inventory.
- Actively learn about new products, promotions, and store policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Collaborate positively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and uphold high store standards.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including contributing to opening and closing duties.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly and maintain accurate till counts.
