Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple executives and teams, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and virtual events across different time zones using various scheduling tools.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of meetings, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant materials.
- Act as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively propose solutions to optimize time management and efficiency.
- Document and maintain accurate records of scheduled activities, communications, and follow-up actions.
