Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness across assigned areas.
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing furniture and fixtures with meticulous attention.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and replenishing amenities as needed.
- Changing linens, making beds, and ensuring all areas are neat, tidy, and presentable according to company standards.
- Emptying waste bins, managing recycling, and disposing of refuse responsibly and hygienically.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately to supervision for prompt resolution.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Managing and organizing cleaning supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering new supplies when necessary.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Providing excellent customer service where required, interacting courteously and professionally with clients or guests.
