Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Support with stock rotation, inventory management, and receiving deliveries, ensuring proper storage.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
