Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist event attendees, providing directions and information as needed.
- Set up and dismantle event areas, including tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and politely, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in event spaces before, during, and after events.
- Monitor guest flow and assist with crowd management to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Support event managers with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and venue regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
