Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all visual designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual solutions.
- Develop original graphics, illustrations, icons, and infographics to enhance storytelling and convey complex information clearly.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging design trends, and new technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback thoughtfully and iteratively.
- Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity and visual style guide.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work.
- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design choices.
