Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on site.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance duties, ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, after appropriate training.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies diligently.
- Support the team in preparing work areas and completing project-specific tasks as directed.
- Move furniture, equipment, and other items as required for various projects.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and take direction effectively.
- Basic understanding and adherence to safety guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
