As our Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all spa guests, both in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all spa guests, providing excellent first impressions.
- Manage the spa's appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and adjusting treatments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and manage daily till reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine presentation of the spa reception and waiting areas.
- Assist guests with product selections, promote spa services and retail items, and upsell where appropriate.
- Liaise effectively with spa therapists and other staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational flow.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, or special requests with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, assisting with ordering and stock rotation.
