Job Description

In this pivotal full-time role, you will be the voice and face of Gulfstream for a wide array of online events, including product demonstrations, technical training sessions, industry insights, and corporate communications. You will be responsible for meticulously preparing, flawlessly executing, and expertly moderating interactive webinars that educate, inform, and inspire our global customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Host and moderate a variety of online webinars, virtual events, and live streams with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts (SMEs), and marketing teams to understand webinar objectives and content.
- Develop engaging scripts, talking points, and interactive elements (polls, Q&A sessions) to maximize audience participation and retention.
- Conduct thorough technical rehearsals to ensure seamless execution, including audio/visual checks, platform functionality, and speaker readiness.
- Manage live Q&A sessions, ensuring all questions are addressed effectively and respectfully.
- Introduce speakers, facilitate transitions, and maintain the flow and timing of each session.
- Provide post-webinar feedback and insights to improve future virtual events.
- Stay updated on best practices for virtual engagement and webinar technology.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality standards are upheld in all virtual communications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a webinar host, moderator, presenter, or similar client-facing communication role.
- Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills with clear articulation and engaging delivery.
- Proficiency with major webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams Live Events, GoToWebinar, Webex).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to grasp complex technical information quickly and translate it into audience-friendly language.
- Comfortable troubleshooting minor technical issues during live broadcasts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and an engaging on-screen presence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in the aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
