Job Description

CRDB Bank Plc is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and visionary Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department in Musoma, Mara Region. This pivotal leadership role demands a deep understanding of human capital management within the dynamic financial services sector. The Director of Human Resources will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, driving comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies, and fostering an environment of high employee engagement and continuous development. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are meticulously aligned with the overall business strategy and goals of CRDB Bank Plc.
  • Oversee and optimize the entire employee lifecycle, from strategic talent acquisition and seamless onboarding to robust performance management, structured career development, and professional offboarding processes.
  • Design, manage, and continuously optimize compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, attract top talent, motivate high performance, and retain key employees.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with all national and local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving employment legislation.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture that actively promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, well-being, and diversity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring professional growth, operational excellence, and a customer-centric service delivery.
