Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages during designated night shift hours with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers comprehensively.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, even during off-peak hours.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian (native or fluent).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, especially during night hours.
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher) is a plus.
- Familiarity with various communication platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
