Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, engage in conversation, and offer proactive assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Assist with the replenishment of stock, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organised, and products are easily accessible.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising, creating an inviting and attractive retail space.
- Actively listen to customer enquiries, provide helpful information, and resolve minor issues or direct to appropriate support.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working atmosphere.
