Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, providing clear, concise, and accurate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring seamless handoffs.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Continuously learn about new products, services, and system updates to enhance support capabilities.
  • Contribute to team knowledge base by identifying trends and suggesting improvements to support processes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently (minimum 50 WPM).
  • Proficiency in using multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a chat support, customer service, or call center role.
