Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and reporting signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general farm maintenance, including weeding, tilling, fencing repairs, and facility clean-up.
- Support the management and monitoring of irrigation systems.
- Participate in soil preparation and amendment activities, including composting and fertilization.
- Accurately record daily activities, observations, and relevant data for farm management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
