Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via email, chat, and video calls.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding course content, policies, and procedures.
  • Guide students through online learning platforms, virtual tools, and provide basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Offer empathetic support and advice on academic and welfare concerns, signposting students to specialist internal and external services where necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential records of all student interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with academic teams, administrative staff, and other departments to resolve complex student issues.
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and improvement of student support resources, FAQs, and self-help guides.
  • Proactively identify potential student challenges or areas for improvement in the student experience and suggest preventative measures.
  • Assist with student onboarding processes, orientation, and general administrative support related to student records.
  • Gather and analyze student feedback to help inform strategies for enhancing overall student satisfaction and engagement.
