Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input a variety of data from source documents into computer systems and databases.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents; correct any discrepancies or errors identified.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all data handled.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and physical records as required.
  • Prepare and sort source documents for data entry.
  • Generate reports, retrieve data, and perform data quality control checks.
  • Communicate effectively in English with team members and supervisors regarding data entry tasks or issues.
  • Follow data entry procedures and company policies diligently.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support overall office operations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, for accurate data interpretation and entry.
  • Fast typing skills; accuracy is paramount.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
