Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily guest house operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Supervise front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, ordering as needed.
- Handle guest feedback, both positive and constructive, to continuously improve services.
- Support marketing initiatives and local partnerships to enhance guest house visibility.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational incidents.
