Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally during night shifts, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior agents or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
  • Process customer orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customer satisfaction and service improvement.

Required Skills

  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional active listening and comprehension abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (6-12 months) in a call centre, customer service, or helpdesk environment, particularly during night hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) or similar customer database systems.
  • A track record of exceeding customer service expectations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (SVQ/NVQ Level 2 or above preferred).
