Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and access permissions.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and system configurations accurately and promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development programs to enhance technical skills.
- Contribute to the maintenance of IT inventory and asset management.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting and connectivity checks.
